This auction is for an INCREDIBLY SCARCE and SUPER RARE ORIGINAL 1939 Collectaguide Historic House Museums Uniform Loose Leaf Folders Booklet/Guide/Pamphlet for Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant) Fairmount Park Philadelphia PA Benedict Arnold Mansion. This was published by the Collectaguide Company Copyright 1939 and is part of the Historic House Folder No. Penn. 1. It features photographs of the 1761 Mansion that were Courtesy of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Philadelphia PA.  It gives a very thorough description of the Mansion's history and owners and tons of great, hard to find photographs of this historic house. Excellent condition for its 82 YEARS OF AGE! Paper is very good, complete. Envelope is in surprisingly strong condition. The space assigned for Date Visited and Notes have not been filled out. It is incredible shape for its age.
