KATO TRAINS E655 SERIES ‘NAGOMI’ FIVE CAR SET w/ IMPERIAL COACH. Pre-owned set is in very good condition. The Imperial coach was purchased independent of the set and is also illuminated within, as was the main set. It runs beautifully—typical of KATO products—and looks great while doing so. The interior lights really make a world of a difference.
The sole annoyance: the chassis of the motorized car, due to the light module having been installed, may have to be gently flexed to ensure the coach sits level atop it. This is a minor issue that I’ve encountered usually after separating the cars for routine cleaning and subsequent reconnecting. As with all trains, keeping the wheel sets and track as clean as possible results in the best performance and overall aesthetics.
