Description
This is a set of 64 printed transcripts of a radio series on WWJ Detroit in 1937 called Little Known Facts About Detroit. They are fastened with old brass fasteners and fronted by a promotional letter from the Industrial Morris Plan Bank of Detroit. A rare if not unique piece of Detroit History, full of details about the City, and its belief in itself even during the Depression. Also interesting is the connection to the Morris Industrial Bank, an early innovator in the creation of the consumer installment credit industry.
