We do our best to accurately represent the condition of the item we list for sale. We also list the condition of the item in accordance with the eBay's definitions and guidelines:

2. Open-box: The item is in excellent, new condition with no wear. In our case, most of the open-box items will come repackaged because the retail box is not available or just a plain white box. Accessories will always be included but manual or warranty booklets may be missing. This will be made clear on our listing.
*Special notes on storage devices - even when listed as open-box, we may briefly run a test and record the diagnostic report on a drive to ensure that it is fully functional and that there are no host read/write. This test only lasts for five minutes tops. So, when you purchase our open-box storage device and run a program, like CrystalDisk info, you may see a "power on" count of two or three. Please note that for Samsung products, even the brand new units at times show a count greater than two.
