Has wear related to age/use
Top-left of front cover is missing small piece (see last photo)
A rip on spine extends down about 1.5" (3.81 cm) from top of front cover
Rip begins at missing piece seen in last photo (rip only affects first 3 pages)
Some age-related discoloration
Rust on binding staples
