Fully tested.   Very minimal use and wear.  Looks almost brand new.
Includes users manual and application guide.   Plug (120Volt) input.  Screw terminal outputs.  Well made.  Works as it should.
This high power (1 Joule output) unit produces a strong spark,
almost 1/4" long.
Use 20kv wire to connect output to fence.
Avoid contact with output!
Has built-in neon lamp that flashes every time unit pulses.  Follow installation instructions in included guide.
